We believe that world-class results require focus and dedication, so we developed a distinctive recipe for our single brand based on Europe's renowned brewing standards. We use traditional brewing techniques & only four natural ingredients including spring water, malted barley, hops & yeast - all GMO-free. There is a fifth ingredient in every bottle, and that is the passion of our dedicated Brew master & Staff
Moosehead Lager Moosehead Lager is a smooth, clean-tasting lager that offers a good balance between malt sweetness and hop bitterness. It is brewed from a unique blend of Canadian Barley malt, two types of hops to balance aroma and bitterness and fresh water from nearby Spruce Lake, renowned as one of the best water supplies in Canada for brewing beer. The lager is then aged a full 28 days to bring out all the natural flavours.
St. Ambroise Apricot Wheat Ale A full white head which quickly reduces to a light ring. The beer is a clear amber colour, much darker than most wheat beers. The aroma is strongly of apricot with a bit of yeast and floral hops. It has a sparkly creamy feel and a lot of apricot taste with a dry bitter finish. It is not overly sweet, and the bitterness finishes it off nicely. With all of the apricot in both the aroma and the taste you would expect it to be overpowering, but somehow it isn't.
Creemore Springs Premium Lager The unique quality and flavour of Creemore Springs Premium Lager begins by selecting the finest possible ingredients. It all starts with the source of pure spring water that our beer is named after. The spring is located in a bedrock of limestone cooled and shaded by a hardwood forest just outside the town of Creemore. Only three other natural ingredients go into our great beer: malted barley, select hops and yeast. Malted barley is a high grade of barley that has been germinated and dried.
