House Policies	Mystic Jack’s welcomes all our guests. We respectfully remind you that Mystic Jack’s is primarily an adult establishment. We have long-standing house policies relating to the admission, conduct and safety of all guests. Please read and respect the policies listed below. Mystic Jack’s age policies as follows, guests under the age of 19 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian 30 years of age or older, who agrees to be responsible for the conduct and safety of the underage guests. Mystic Jack’s enforce a year-round 11 p.m. curfew for guests under the age of 19. One parent or guardian can accompany up to a maximum of six underage guests. Underage guests must remain with their parent or guardian. Our other guests appreciate this. We check ID for anyone who looks under the age of 25 years. Patrons ordering alcoholic beverages and not providing proper identification will be asked to leave the premises. Guests must behave courteously and in an orderly manner. No Horseplay on the premise Loud and/or abusive language will not be tolerated. Smoking is permitted in designated areas only. We will not admit anyone who is obviously intoxicated. We will gladly arrange taxi service for our guests. No Rollerblades or Bikes in Building. No pets are permitted within the establishment. (Assistance dogs are permitted) Patrons found defecating, or defiling Mystic Jack’s property will be asked to leave the premises immediately. Patrons committing larceny against Mystic Jacks will be charged to the full extent of the law. Please observe the following dress code: No Shirt, No Shoes, No Service. Appropriate, clean attire is required. We will refuse service to anyone whom we feel has not met these conditions and those stipulated in the Liquor Control Act of Ontario
